Service Description
This workshop follows artists like Lucy Sparrow and Emma Giacalone, and their amazing food creations In this course, you will learn the basics of hand sewing, design and recreate our favourite foods or food packaging and turn this into a plushie. You will have a choice from a range of fabrics. You might want to bring along a mood board of food that you like - there will also be a chance to do this during the class. Everything is supplied for you, you just need to bring your lunch, drink bottle and ensure you are wearing covered shoes (with your hair tied up). This course is only available for children aged 8+ and suitable for those who are new to sewing through to those who have sewing skills. Where - Ponsonby Intermediate, Room 20 (Entrance via Sheehan Street) This day course runs from 9am until 3pm - doors to the classroom will open 5 minutes before the course starts.
